SuperKey does not receive or store full payment card details — card payments are processed by our payment provider.

We process personal data for: managing client accounts and requests; purchasing tickets or making reservations on the Client's behalf; creating third-party accounts where required; client communications; invoicing; and legal compliance.

5. Acting on the Client's Behalf

SuperKey may be required to provide Client personal data (such as name and email address) to third-party platforms operated by event organisers, venues, restaurants, or ticketing providers. Accounts may be created in the Client's name in order to complete purchases.

Processing relies on: performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interests; or the Client's explicit consent.

Data is shared only when necessary for the provision of the Services. SuperKey does not sell personal data and does not share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
