1. Nature of the Service

SuperKey SRL (“SuperKey”, “we”, “us”) provides a bespoke concierge service for sourcing and securing access to events, tickets, dining reservations, and related experiences (“Services”) on behalf of its clients (“Client”, “you”).

SuperKey acts strictly as an authorised agent and performs professional research, monitoring, sourcing, and procurement efforts based on Client instructions. The company provides services only and does not operate as a ticket reseller, broker, or marketplace.

All amounts paid relate to either professional concierge services or third-party costs incurred on the Client's behalf.

2. Independent Status & Non-Affiliation

SuperKey operates as an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or officially connected with any event organiser, promoter, venue, restaurant, hospitality group, or official ticketing platform.

Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

3. Best Efforts, Availability & No Guarantee

SuperKey uses commercially reasonable and professional best efforts to fulfil requests, subject to availability and external factors. SuperKey does not guarantee successful fulfilment, specific seating, pricing, dates, locations, or availability unless expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Fees, Upfront Payment & Refund Policy

Clients must pay in advance for both SuperKey's service fee and associated third-party costs.

Non-successful requests: all amounts paid by the Client, including the service fee and associated quoted third-party costs, shall be refunded in full if SuperKey cannot secure the requested items within a reasonable timeframe.

Successful fulfilment: once the requested items are secured and the Client is notified, the service fee becomes fully earned and non-refundable. Secured tickets or reservations are also non-refundable, except where the organiser permits refunds.

The Client agrees that once a request has been successfully fulfilled, the service cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be issued due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction.

5. Third-Party Responsibility & Events

Following successful procurement, the contractual relationship exists exclusively between the Client and the organiser, venue or restaurant. SuperKey bears no responsibility for cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, venue changes, performer changes, seat quality, or service quality.

6. Limitation of Liability

SuperKey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of enjoyment, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or missed opportunities. SuperKey is also not liable for losses or injuries incurred while attending events.

7. Client Obligations

Clients warrant that the information they provide is accurate and lawful, agree to comply with venue rules and local laws, and agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, including unauthorised resale.

8. Client Authorisation & Third-Party Purchases

SuperKey may place orders or make reservations on the Client's behalf. Clients expressly authorise SuperKey to act as their agent for these purposes, including (where required) creating accounts in the Client's name. Such accounts remain subject to the relevant third party's terms and privacy policies.

9. Data Protection & Confidentiality

SuperKey processes personal data for the provision of the Services in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Client data is handled confidentially and is not sold to third parties.

10. Platform Communication & Response Times

Communications regarding requests should take place through the SuperKey platform or the official contact channels listed on this site. SuperKey aims to respond no later than 24 hours during normal business days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SuperKey SRL is incorporated.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Payment constitutes the Client's explicit acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms a binding agreement between the Client and SuperKey SRL.
